Our Story
We have an extensive, well-educated background with 15+ years experience at all levels of the industry. Our business experience spans from Mid-major independent O&G assets to multiple turns developing and monetizing private equity companies to ultimately evaluating and investing in new opportunities.
Our Expertise
Our expertise is grounded in a Ph.D. in geoscience, and professional roles in geoscience technology, development geoscience, international and domestic exploration, basin operations/development management and asset/play evaluation with development planning. We bring in-depth scientific, operational and economic knowledge of numerous basins across the U.S., including Permian, Gulf-coast (Chalk and EagleFord), Marcellus-Utica, Anadarko, as well as in the Rockies. Strong relationships developed through industry partnerships allow us to leverage additional expertise, evaluate potential as well as generate new opportunities.

VISION
Our vision is to evaluate all opportunities with open mind, scientific background, and business filter. Our primary focus is to uncover "low-hanging" opportunities in existing fields. Preferably we look at known basins where the rock is understood, well performance is established, and infrastructure is solid.
STRATEGY
Our strategy is to leverage existing relationships and established deal flows to gain exposure to potential opportunities. We are open and well experienced to evaluate all assets. Our priority is to acquire operated assets or take a controlling working interest alongside proven operators (e.g. farm outs, to hold leases, etc.) Focus will be on established production that ideally has behind pipe or re-work opportunities and potential upside from other uphole/downhole. formations.
EXECUTION
We provide full evaluation, risk mitigation and economic analysis in order to develop a full picture of potential opportunities. We look to match highest quality opportunities with established investment groups to generate long-term partnerships and high-value returns.
